Installation

Scientific Home Services (SHS) is pleased to use employees, not sub-contractors, for the installation of your windows. This is especially important because of the April 2010 EPA regulation requiring that one member of each crew must be a Lead Certified Renovator. This assures that lead safe practices are followed on the jobsite. Contractors will be required to include a lead safe brochure in their proposal package presented to the customer.

Our installers have been working for us an average of ten years and know the high standards expected of them. We help them achieve this by providing the finest materials needed to complete each job to its specific requirements. Please be aware that we use the finest grade caulk which has a temporary oil base odor while drying. If you are sensitive to this, let us know, and we will gladly use a substitute.
